Fungi dyeing

Yesterday afternoon was such a great day, and I decided that it was time to give an other try to mushroom dyeing.
I got really inspired when I searched online and found out how gorgeous fungi dyeing could be. A vibrant reddish mushroom could give a deep purple or a bright yellow depending on the kind of mordant that you add. This time I just wanted to experiment with what I had in my kitchen: salt & vinegar.
Right now, both the mushrooms and the yarn are soaking in jars, and hopefully in a few days, I’ll get something interesting!
